Hi, good morning everyone. Today is my 6th week of running industry Training at Rezhancustomz. This week all salespersons were instructed to work from home. There is no longer a rotation system to work in the office for the sales team, and this effort is to curb the spread of covid-19, which is spreading rapidly. Unfortunately, the prevalence of covid-19 cases in the environment of our workplace area is also increasing. This situation is very worrying for the company and staff as well. So this week all the salespersons work from home.
This week every morning, there will be a meeting to monitor sales progress for each salesperson via Google Meet. The company's founder, Madam Farah Hanim, will lead the session every morning. Madam Farah Hanim will ask everyone about the salesperson's target each day. This is to determine how many targets they have and how much the company will achieve on that day. The salesperson is also reminded to remain consistent even when at home.
